These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Veil Models Alerts (“the Service”), operated by Veil Enterprises LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.



1. Service Description


Veil Models Alerts provides SMS notifications to contracted models. Messages may include:


  • Content request notifications
  • Schedule reminders
  • Operational updates



2. Eligibility


You must be a contracted model with Veil Enterprises to participate.



3. Message Frequency & Costs


  • Message frequency may be up to 10 messages per week.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.



4. Opt-In & Opt-Out


  • To join, you must provide your mobile number and consent via our onboarding form.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message.
  • To get help, reply HELP or email support@veil.agency.



5. Your Responsibilities


  • You must provide an accurate phone number that you own and control.
  • You are responsible for any charges billed by your carrier for SMS usage.



6. No Guarantee of Delivery


We are not responsible for delayed or failed message delivery caused by carrier networks.



7. Privacy


Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.



8. Changes


We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at https://veil.agency/terms with a new effective date.
